What we collect
If you submit an inquiry or book a call, we collect what you give us: name, work email, organization, headcount range, area of interest, and the message you write. Scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the details needed to place the meeting on a calendar.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site. Standard server logs from our hosting provider may record IP address, browser type, and pages requested.

Client information during an engagement
Engagement material, workforce data, policies, employee information, and anything else you share with us, is handled under the confidentiality terms of the engagement agreement. It is used only to deliver the work, shared only with the Cascades personnel delivering it, and returned or deleted at your request.
Where an engagement involves employee-level or sensitive personal data, we agree the handling terms in writing before the data moves, and we prefer aggregated or de-identified data wherever it will answer the question.
Who we share it with
We do not sell information. We use a small number of service providers to operate the firm, site hosting and form handling, scheduling, email, and document storage, and they process information only as needed to provide those services. We disclose information otherwise only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are retained while we are in contact and for a reasonable period after, so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Engagement records are retained per the engagement agreement and our professional and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@cascadeshcm.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Case studies are published anonymized by default, and identified only with written client consent.
